某重点高级中学扩建项目教学楼建筑与结构设计
摘 要
本设计为舟山市某重点高级中学教学楼设计,该宿舍共3层,建筑面积4000平方米左右,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,基础采用柱下条形基础。条形基础适用于建筑梁布置间隔较小,并且地基承载力较小的建筑。它具有刚度大、调整不均匀沉降能力强的优点,但造价较高。
本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分。建筑设计部分,根据任务书的相关要求,参考相关建筑设计规范,对建筑方案进行选择,再根据自己的想法,进行建筑平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计等。结构设计部分,主要借助PKPM软件、及相关结构设计规范来完成整个结构图;另加手算一榀框架、部分楼梯和基础。计算过程中,熟悉大量规范,运用所掌握的知识,明确受力位置、方向,了解传力过程,学会计算配筋。

Building and structural design of the teaching building of a key senior middle school expansion project
[Abstract] This design is the teaching building of a key senior middle school in Zhoushan city. The dormitory has 3 floors with a construction area of about 4000 square meters, with reinforced concrete frame structure and strip foundation under the column.Bar foundation is suitable for buildings with small beam layout spacing and small bearing capacity of the foundation.It has the advantages of large stiffness and strong adjustment of uneven settlement ability, but the cost is high.
This design includes two parts: architectural design and structural design.Architectural design part, according to the relevant requirements of the task book, refer to the relevant architectural design specifications, choose the architectural scheme, and then according to their own ideas, architectural graphic design, facade design, section design, etc.For the structural design part, the PKPM software and the relevant structure design specifications shall include a frame, partial stairs and foundation.In the process of calculation, be familiar with a large number of norms, use the knowledge, make clear the position and direction of the force, understand the force transfer process, and learn to calculate the reinforcement.
