摘 要
我国的液压工业始于1950年代,当今中国的液压和气动技术广泛应用于各种机械设备。复杂机床广泛用于大批量生产。多用途机床——动力滑台主要通用部件用于实现进给运动,只要配合不同用途的主轴头,即可实现钻、扩、铰、镗、铣、刮端面、倒角及攻丝等加工。动力滑轨分为机械滑轨和液压滑轨。
本次设计的复合机床动力滑台液压系统,采用单杆活塞油缸,活塞杆固定,调速杆沿轴向固定在油缸外侧。调速杆各部分高度控制工作速度和长度调节,工作速度持续时间,单杆活塞气缸膨胀,调速杆压下行程阀滚轮。通过改变行程阀口的开度来控制液体流入单杆液压缸流量,最终控制单杆活塞缸的运动速度。行程阀为二位二通电动阀,出口与单杆活塞缸的无杆腔相通,进口与电液换向阀、单杆活塞缸和行程阀卸荷阀相通,压力供应止回阀、背压与安全阀、油箱、液压泵、机油滤清器、压力继电器、延迟节流阀、继电器止回阀等配套使用。该设计具有结构简单、能耗低、控制精度高等优点。

China's hydraulic industry began in the 1950s, today China's hydraulic and pneumatic technology is widely used in various mechanical equipment.Complex machine tools are widely used for mass production.Multi-purpose machine tool —— power slide platform main general components are used to achieve feed movement, as long as the spindle head of different uses, you can realize drilling, expansion, hinge, boring, milling, scraping end surface, chamfer and tapping processing.Power slide rail is divided into mechanical slide rail and hydraulic slide rail.
The hydraulic system of composite machine tool adopts single rod piston cylinder. The piston rod is fixed on the outside of the cylinder along the axis.The height of each part control working speed and length adjustment, working speed duration, single rod piston cylinder expansion, speed rod pressure stroke valve roller.Control the liquid flow into the single rod hydraulic cylinder by changing the opening of the stroke valve port, and ultimately control the movement speed of the single rod piston cylinder.Travel valve is a two-way electric valve, the outlet is interlinked with the non-rod chamber of single rod piston cylinder, the inlet is interlinked with electrohydraulic reversing valve, single rod piston cylinder and stroke valve unloading valve, pressure supply check valve, back pressure and safety valve, fuel tank, hydraulic pump, oil filter, pressure relay, delay throttle valve, relay check valve and other supporting use.The design has the advantages of simple structure, low energy consumption and high control accuracy.
