HHSTU1050型货车转向系及前轴设计
摘 要
在货车产业的发展上,对转向系的研究一直都是重点。此次设计是对HHSTU1050型货车转向系及前轴设计,其中包含对转向系进行合理计算,并进行结构设计。 在设计之前,首先要查阅相关资料,了解转向系的结构,熟悉设计转向系的方法。在此之后,进行转向系的设计。此次设计的过程会介绍转向系的定义、结构、工作原理以及可能会影响转向系的因素等。
在设计时还会对转向系各主要零件的尺寸和结构进行确定, 并会对其在各种工况下的应力进行应力计算,这些零件主要是前轴、转向节、主销、主销 上下轴承(即转向节衬套)、转向节推力轴承和止推垫片等。除此之外,还要确定转向系 的定位参数。在设计之后,除了要使转向系的结构能够比较紧凑,使它的重量更轻,还要 使货车在转向时较为轻松,在制造转向系时比较容易。
这次设计对HHSTU1050型货车转向系及前轴设计的计算以及其结构布局,对其他货车转向 桥的设计提供设计方法和思路。

Abstract
In the development of the automobile industry, the research of the steering system has always been the focus.This design is the design of the HHSTU1050-type truck steering system and the front axle, which includes the reasonable calculation of the steering system, and the structural design.Before the design, the first thing to consult the relevant information, understand the structure of the steering system, familiar with the design of the steering system method.After this, the design of the steering system is conducted.The design process will introduce the definition, structure, working principle of the steering system and the factors that may affect the steering system.
In the design, the size and structure of the main parts of the steering system will be determined, and the stress calculation under various working conditions are mainly the front shaft, steering knuckle, main pin, main pin upper and lower bearings (i. e., steering joint bush), steering joint thrust bearing, thrust gasket, etc.In addition, but also to determine the positioning parameters of the steering system.After the design, in addition to making the structure of the steering system more compact and making it lighter, it also makes the car easier to turn and manufacture the steering system.
