摘要
在食品工业中搅拌釜是常用的典型设备之一,它是一种在一定压力和温度下,借助搅拌器将一定容积的两种(或多种)液体以及液体与固体或气体物料混匀,实现搅拌混合、调和、均质的作用,加速化学反应,物料混合,防止物料沉淀,加强换热效率等促进其物理或化学反应的设备。在多数伴有热效应的搅拌过程中,全部(或部分)过程需维持在一定温度下,因此,研究搅拌设备内物料的加热或冷却 过程具有重要意义[1,2]. INTER-MIG 桨是一种多段逆流搅拌桨,适用于低、中黏度的液体混合、固体颗粒悬浮、液液分散和传质传热等过程,特别适用于过度湍流域的操作[3]. 目前,对搅拌釜的研究多集中于搅拌釜内流场[4−6],Delaplace 等[7]采用热流传感器在非标准螺旋搅拌桨的夹套搅拌釜中测定了瞬时传热系数;本课题以SOLIDWORKS软件为工具,以搅拌釜夹层釜体为研究对象,应用SOLIDWORKS软件对其在不同工况下的蒸汽流通,热传导,保温进行计算, 分析和验证设计结果。

In the food industry mixing kettle is one of the common typical equipment, it is a kind of under certain pressure and temperature, with the help of a certain volume of two (or more) liquid and liquid and solid or gas material mix, realize mixing, mixing, mixing, homogenization, accelerate chemical reaction, material mixing, prevent material precipitation, strengthen heat exchange efficiency to promote its physical or chemical reaction equipment.In most stirring processes with thermal effect, all (or some) processes need to be maintained at a certain temperature, so it is important to study the heating or cooling process of materials in the mixing equipment, [1,2]. The INTER-MIG paddle is a multi-segment countercurrent mixing paddle for low and medium viscosity liquid mixing, solid particle suspension, liquid dispersion and mass heat transfer, especially for operational [3] in excessively turbulent basins. At present, the research on the instantaneous heat transfer coefficient of [4−6] and Delaplace using heat transfer sensor in the non-standard mixer propeller. SOLIDWORKS software is the tool and the subject, and calculates the steam flow, heat conduction and insulation under different working conditions.
