双辊(轴)破碎机设计
摘要
破碎机在工业上有着广泛的应用,而且随着工业分工的细化,破碎机的种类也越来越多。比如说,颚式破碎机、反击式破碎机、冲击式破碎机、复合式破碎机、单段锤式破碎机、立式破碎机、旋回破碎机、圆锥式破碎机、辊式破碎机、双辊式破碎机等。这些破碎机比较适合于破碎硬度较高、进料颗粒较大出料颗料较小的场合。
我的毕业设计就是双齿辊破碎机,辊式破碎机是利用辊面的摩擦力将物料咬入破碎区,使之承受挤压或劈裂而破碎的机械。当用于粗碎或需要增大破碎比时,常在辊面上做出牙齿或沟槽以增大劈裂作用。辊式破碎机通常按辊子的数量分为单辊、双辊和多辊破碎机,适于粗碎、中碎或细碎煤炭、石灰石、水泥熟料和长石等中硬以下的物料。
双齿辊破碎机是一种高效的破碎设备,广泛应用于煤炭 、化工等行业的破碎作业。辊齿是其主要的工作部件 ,直接与物料接触。因此,辊齿设计质量的好坏直接关系到破碎机的生产效率和使用寿命。在破碎过程中,不可避免地会遇到铁块等坚硬难碎物料 ,导致卡转 ,对辊齿带来很大的冲击。在设计时应当考虑这种因素 ,使设备安全可靠。但是 ,现在还缺乏可行的计算方法 ,更多的要依赖设计者的经验来进行 。
在此基础上,双轴加上爪刀,通过动态刀片和固定刀片的剪切力。和其他类型的破碎机相比,具有简便,连续工作,具有成本低,非常适合硬度不高,没有剪切强度,而且还打破粒径要求不高粉碎后的任务。

Abstract
Crusher in the industry have a wide range of applications, and industrial division of labor with the refinement, the type of crusher is also increasing. These crushers are more suitable for crushing high hardness, the larger particles of feed material of smaller stars is expected to do so.
My graduation project is the Double Roll Crusher, Roll Crushers is the use of friction roller surface material to bite into the broken area, so bear squeeze or split and broken machinery. When used in rough broken or in need of increased ratio, often made in the roll surface of teeth or grooves to increase the role of splitting. Roll Crushers usually divided into the number of roller single roll, double roll and multi-roller crusher, suitable for rough broken, in pieces or fine coal, limestone, cement clinker and feldspar in the hardware, such as the following materials.
Double Roll Crusher is a highly efficient crushing equipment widely used in coal, chemical industry for the broken, the industry. Roller gear is the work of its main components, a direct contact with the material. Therefore, the design of roller gear is good or bad the quality is directly related to the crusher productivity and service life. In the broken, the iron will inevitably encounter difficulties, such as solid pieces of material, resulting in turn card of a great roller-tooth impact. In the design of such factors should be considered so that safe and reliable equipment. However, it is the lack of a viable method of calculation, more designers have to rely on experience to carry out.
On this basis, the dual-axis together with the claw knives, razor blades and fixed by means of dynamic shear force of the blade. And other types of breakers, compared with a simple, continuous work, with low cost, very suitable for the hardness is not high, there is no shear strength, but also to break the modest size of the task after crushing.
