摘 要
豆制品拥有非常多的营养成分,为现代的健康食物之一。从古至今,豆浆就是一种健康的饮品。煮熟的豆浆里拥有许多的优良蛋白、许多维生素种类、许多我们人类需要的氨基酸和微量元素等。无论成年人、老年人和儿童,只要坚持饮用,对于提高体质、预防和治疗病症,都大有益处。但目前的一些商用豆浆机都存在着些许缺陷,比如磨豆浆时产生的噪音过大,浆渣分离系统不够完善,刀具、磨片清洗不方便等。因此分析浆渣自分离豆浆机的工作原理,设计一款具有良好的浆渣分离的商用豆浆机显得尤为重要。
针对我国现有豆制品加工技术产品存在的一些技术问题,及对多功能豆浆机产品的需求状况,提出一种浆渣自分离的立式豆浆机的设计方案。利用由电动机直联驱动的转轴,使定砂轮片与动砂轮片产生高的相对运动,对物料进行充分研磨。并利用高速旋转下的离心力原理,使研磨后的浆与渣分离,最大限度的获取大豆中的蛋白质成分。达到充分利用产品功用,提高豆制品生产效率的目的。

Abstract
Pre-soybean products have a lot of nutrients and are one of the modern healthy foods. From ancient times to the present, soy milk is a healthy drink. Boiled soy milk has many excellent proteins, many vitamin species, many amino acids and trace elements we need. Whether adults, the elderly and children, as long as drinking, to improve physical fitness, prevention and treatment of diseases, are of great benefit. However, some commercial soybean milk machines have some defects, such as the noise produced when grinding soybean milk, the slurry slag separation system is not perfect, and the cleaning of cutting tools and grinding pieces is not convenient. Therefore, it is very important to design a commercial soybean milk machine with good separation of pulp residue by analyzing the working principle of soybean milk machine.
In view of some technical problems existing in the processing technology of soybean products in China and the demand for multi-function soybean milk machine products, a design scheme of vertical soybean milk machine with self-separation of pulp residue is put forward. By using the rotating shaft driven directly by the motor, the fixed grinding wheel and the moving grinding wheel produce high relative motion, and the material is fully ground. By using the principle of centrifugal force under high speed rotation, the grinding pulp is separated from slag, and the protein components in soybean are obtained to the maximum extent. To make full use of the function of the product and improve the production efficiency of soybean products.
