摘 要
垫圈精度的高低直接影响到整个设备性能的好坏。目前垫圈行业多采用离线检测,内径尺寸检测一般采用机械式内径测量仪或气动量仪人工进行检验,存在着效率低、精度差、废品率高的问题,除测量仪器本身存在误差外,还存在检验员检验经验、技术水平、疲劳程度等人为造成的测量误差。
论文首先论述现代检测设备在国内外的研究现状和设备的性能优缺点,结合课题背景,提出了本论文的主要研究内容。在对垫圈特点与控制需求进行分析的基础上,提出了执行机械结构与电控总体方案。论文分别对机械结构与控制系统进行设计。机械结构部分创新的采用了传动机构,压杆升降机构和止动机构以及垫圈分选机构。控制系统采用模块化分控的控制模式,主机主要实现对步进电机、数据采集卡,满足分选过程监控和数据显示的要求。步进电机驱动模块主要对步进电机的方向、加减速、停止等进行控制,以此满足分选的正常运行。数据采集卡主要完成对电机数据、传感器数据,返回主机进行分析与运算。实现了实时数据和历史数据的存储以及试验报表的设计、预览和打印。本实用新型可更换探头可以插入至第一臂杆前端检测孔上的垫圈内进行检测,它采用电动方式检测,不仅体积小、检测效率高,而且结构简单、造价低。

The thesis discusses modern examination equipments' function merit and shortcoming in the domestic and international research present condition and the equipments first, combines topic background and put forward the main research contents of this thesis.In carrying on analytical foundation to the washer characteristics and the control need, put forward a performance machine structure and electricity to control a total project.The thesis difference carries on a design to the machine structure and the control system.Machine structure part innovation of adopting and spreading the motive reach and press pole rise and fall organization and the motive reach and washer the cent choose organization.Control the system adoption mold piece control mode that turns to divide to control, the host mainly carries out to collect card towards treading into an electrical engineering, data and satisfies cent to choose the request that process supervision and data show.Tread into electrical engineering to drive a mold piece mainly to the direction that treads into electrical engineering, add and subtract soon and stop...etc. to carry on a control, with that this satisfies to divide to choose of circulate as usual.Being originally practical new can replace to stretch forward to carry on an examination inside the washer that can insert into first the arm pole head examination bore, it adopts a dynamoelectric way examination, not only the physical volume is small, and the structure is simple and cost low.
