改造设计之多用途除尘器设计
摘要:大多数城市家庭来讲,吸尘器已经成了清洁家庭的必备工具,我们可以通过对目前家用吸尘器的设计理念的研究来了解当今小家电产品设计的发展潮流。现在不少吸尘器在细节设计方面绝对可谓极尽人文关怀。比如现在已有专用的吸水吸尘器、边工作边发散香气的吸尘器;还有可以便吸尘边擦地板的吸尘器,用于电脑键盘、毛料衣物等表面清洁除尘的微型吸尘器等。由此我们可以看出,现代吸尘器的设计已经超出了吸尘器本身之功能需求,设计一种家用除尘、清理纱窗、玻璃等的除尘器,要结合实际情况来进行设计,清理普通灰尘,就选用普通除尘器那种结构,将灰尘吸入就完成了;清理纱窗、玻璃,就可以加一个系统,通过换不同刷头来进行清洁,比如清洁纱窗,加一个毛刷头,毛刷头将灰尘扫下,然后吸入除尘器。本文针对家庭除尘的需求,设计了本多用途除尘器。首先,对除尘器的功能需求进行分析,确定了传动原理方案,由叶轮旋转产生负压实现吸尘,由一曲柄滑块机构实现地面清扫擦拭。其次,对除尘器结构进行设计,使本除尘器既能满足功能需求,又方便安装调试。再次,对传动件进行设计计算。

Design of Multi-purpose Dust Collectors
Abstract:For most urban families, vacuum cleaners have become a necessary tool for cleaning families. We can understand the development trend of small household appliances design through the study of the current design concept of household vacuum cleaners. Now many vacuum cleaners in detail design can be said to be extremely humanistic care. For example, there are now special water vacuum cleaners, while working while dispersing the aroma of vacuum cleaners; there can be vacuum cleaners while cleaning the floor, for computer keyboards, wool clothing and other surface cleaning dust micro vacuum cleaners and so on. From this we can see that the design of the modern vacuum cleaner has exceeded the functional requirements of the vacuum cleaner itself, the design of a household dust removal, cleaning screen, glass and other dust remover, to be combined with the actual situation to design, clean ordinary dust, choose the structure of ordinary dust collector, dust inhalation completed; clean screen, glass, you can add a system, by changing different brush heads to clean, such as cleaning screen window, add a brush head, brush head dust sweep off, and then inhaled dust collector. In this paper, the multi-purpose dust collector is designed according to the demand of household dust removal. First of all, the functional requirements of the dust collector are analyzed, and the transmission principle scheme is determined. The negative pressure is generated by the impeller rotation to realize the dust cleaning, and the ground cleaning and wiping is realized by a curved handle slider mechanism. Secondly, the structure of the dust collector is designed so that the dust collector can not only meet the functional requirements, but also facilitate installation and debugging. Thirdly, the transmission parts are designed and calculated.
