铜车垫冲压工艺及模具设计
摘 要
随着模具工业的迅猛的发展,模具设计与制造以成为一个行业,工业生产中普遍采用模具成型工艺方法,有效地保证了产品的生产率和质量,使操作技术简化,还能省料、节能,获得显著的经济效益。由于产品的材料和工艺特性不同,生产用的设备也各异,模具种类繁多,但用的最为广泛的大约有以下几种:冷冲压模、塑料成型模、锻造模、精密铸造模、粉末冶金模、橡胶成型模、玻璃成型模、窑业制品模、食品糖果模、建材用模等。其中以冷冲压模、塑料模的技术要求和复杂程度较高。
本文从工艺分析及相关计算入手,详细介绍了铜车垫冲压模具的设计,指出在设计时不仅要根据冲裁件的材料确定模具的材料,还要根据冲裁件的形状特点,尺寸大小和精度要求来确定冲裁的工艺方案,从而确定模具的类型;分析了铜车垫的用途,结构及尺寸要求;重点介绍模具设计中的排样,成形零件结构尺寸设计,卸料和推出机构设计,凸凹模零件设计等几个设计要点;介绍了模具制造中的装配顺序及精度控制.它直接影响冲裁件的形状,尺寸,精度以及模具的使用寿命;模具材料在选择时要注意材料的力学性能和工作强度,要尽量保证选择标准件,这样可以提高模具的寿命,同时还能缩短模具的制造周期。

Stamping Process and Die Design of Copper Cushion
Abstract
With the rapid development of mould industry, mould design and manufacture become an industry. Mold forming process is widely used in industrial production, which effectively ensures the productivity and quality of products, simplifies operation technology, saves materials, saves energy, and obtains remarkable economic benefits. Because of the different material and process characteristics of the product, the equipment used in production is also different, and there are many kinds of molds, but the most widely used are about the following: cold stamping die, plastic molding die, forging die, precision casting die, powder metallurgy die, rubber molding die, glass molding die, kiln product mold, food candy mold, building materials mold, etc. The technical requirements and complexity of cold stamping die and plastic die are high.
Starting with the process analysis and related calculation, this paper introduces the design of stamping die of copper car cushion in detail, points out that the material of die should be determined not only according to the material of blanking part, but also according to the shape characteristic, size and precision requirement of blanking part. It directly affects the shape, size, precision and service life of the blanking parts. When selecting the die materials, we should pay attention to the mechanical properties and working strength of the materials, and try to ensure the selection of standard parts. This can improve the life of the die and shorten the manufacturing cycle.
