花生脱壳机的设计的设计
摘要:目前市场对花生的需求不断增加以及所需的品种类别多导致其种植的面积也随之提高,而且花生经过深加工后营养价值提高,从而生产厂家需要大量稳定性好,生产效率高的花生脱壳机。然而花生脱壳机也存在的一定的缺点,比如设备的稳定性不好,对环境的适应条件不好以及存在去壳效率低等问题,因此我们设计了刮板式花生脱壳机。本文依据去壳机刮板主轴的转速和功率,使用电动机和V带来传递动力,还通过关键部件刮板设计出主轴、箱体等零件;同时本设计主要介绍花生脱壳机在国内外的发展状况以及意义,而且根据目前存在的问题研究制定出去壳机的整体结构组成,包括电机,半笼筛,去壳箱等部件。其次还分析曲柄滑块执行机构和传动机构的设计,最后对设备的整体的设计作出讨论和总结,分析设计过程中遇到的相关问题,从而总结经验教训。

Design of Peanut Sheller
Absrtact: at present, the increasing demand for peanuts in the market and the variety types required lead to the increase of the planting area, and the nutritional value of peanuts after deep processing is improved, so the manufacturers need a large number of good stability. High production efficiency peanut sheller. However, there are some shortcomings in peanut sheller, such as poor stability of equipment, poor adaptability to environment and low efficiency of shell removal. Therefore, we designed a scraper peanut sheller. According to the speed and power of the main shaft of the sheller scraper, the motor and V are used to transfer power, and the main shaft and box body are designed by the key parts scraper. Secondly, the design of crank slider actuator and transmission mechanism is analyzed. Finally, the overall design of the equipment is discussed and summarized, and the related problems encountered in the design process are analyzed, so as to sum up the experience and lessons.
