家庭用剪叉式液压立体车库PLC控制部分的设计的设计
摘要:小区内车辆乱停乱放引发邻里矛盾,阻碍城市经济发展。而家庭用剪叉式液压立体车库是解决此问题的有效措施之一。本设计首先确定确定总体方案,经过各立体车库类型的研究及比较,选定剪叉式液压立体车库作为总体设计方案。其后确定立体车库工作流程。对升降机构、横移机构及旋转机构的传动方式进行选择,第二步对三个机构主要零部件进行具体的设计计算校核工作。第三步对液压系统进行设计,绘制了液压系统原理图并对液压系统主要的部件进行选型。最后对立体车库的控制系统进行主体设计,绘制了控制系统工作流程图以及PLC接线图及I/O口地址分配表。

Design of the PLC control part of the hydraulic solid garage with shear fork
Absrtact: The random parking of vehicles in the district leads to neighborhood contradictions and hinders the development of urban economy. It is one of the effective measures to solve this problem. This design first determines the overall scheme, through the research and comparison of each three-dimensional garage type, selects the shear fork type hydraulic three-dimensional garage as the overall design scheme. Then determine the three-dimensional garage workflow. The transmission mode of lifting mechanism, transversal mechanism and rotating mechanism is selected, and the second step is to design, calculate and check the main parts of the three mechanisms. The third step is to design the hydraulic system, draw the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system and select the main components of the hydraulic system. The main body of the control system of the garage is designed, and the working flow chart of the control system, the PLC wiring diagram and the address distribution table of the I/O port are drawn.
