摘 要
本次设计是为提高环卫效率及时将巡查情况上报以及对巡查人员的巡查情况管理，拟设计并开发一个“基于MVC框架的环卫管理系统”。本文主要介绍了“基于MVC架构的环卫管理系统的设计与实现”从需求分析、系统设计与实现以及系统测试的软件开发过程。采用MVC框架，搭建Eclipse+Tomcat开发环境，加以Java开发语言和MYSQL数据库来设计与实现本系统。
本系统主要包括系统管理、案件管理、打卡管理、巡查点管理以及统计。该系统主要实现了对用户（管理员、巡检人员）基本信息的管理，对打卡地点、时间进行管理。管理员可随时查看巡检人员的打卡情况和问题汇报，巡查人员也可以随时打卡，并对巡查点发现的问题经行汇报。

ABSTRACT
This design is to improve the efficiency of environmental sanitation, report the inspection situation in time, and manage the inspection situation of the inspectors. It is planned to design and develop an "environmental sanitation management system based on the MVC framework". This article mainly introduces the software development process of "Design and Implementation of Environmental Sanitation Management System Based on MVC Architecture" from demand analysis, system design and implementation, and system testing. Adopt MVC framework, build Eclipse+Tomcat development environment, add Java development language and MYSQL database to design and realize this system.
This system mainly includes system management, case management, check-in management, inspection point management and statistics. The system mainly realizes the management of basic information of users (administrators, inspectors), and manages the place and time of punching in. The administrator can check the check-in status and problem reports of the inspectors at any time, and the inspectors can also check-in at any time and report the problems found at the inspection points.
