摘要:不干胶贴标机是一种将不干胶标签贴附于包装件表面的机器,是现代产品包装必不可少的设备。现有的不干胶贴标机主要采用摩擦式贴标方式,其特点是贴标速度快,贴标精确高,其缺点是无法对模量小的产品进行贴标,其通用性不高。本次设计为电机贴标签码的不干胶全自动贴标机,可以提高电机贴标的贴附效率,贴附位置准确、质量好、稳定性高,将有效的避免人工贴标效率低下,贴附歪斜和褶皱等一系列问题。本课题主要研究相较于普通贴标机的收纸机构复杂,弧面贴标困难,贴标后易出现气泡,贴标带走偏的问题,优化贴标头结构设计,增加自检机构或与流水线检测设备相配合,以达到贴标准确率高,避免人工经常维护。

Abstract:Adhesive labeling machine is a kind of adhesive label attached to the surface of packaging machine, is an essential equipment for modern product packaging. The existing adhesive labeling machine mainly adopts friction labeling method, which is characterized by fast labeling speed and high labeling accuracy. Its disadvantage is that it can not label products with small modulus, and its versatility is not high.This design is an automatic labeling machine for automatic labeling of adhesive for motor labeling code, which can improve the labeling efficiency of motor labeling, and can effectively avoid a series of problems such as low efficiency of manual labeling, skew and fold. Compared with the common labeling machine, the paper receiving mechanism is complex, the arc surface labeling is difficult, the bubble is easy to appear after labeling, the structure design of the labeling head is optimized, and the self-inspection mechanism is added or matched with the pipeline testing equipment.
