摘 要
随着现代工业生产技术的不断进步,对检测手段提出了越来越高的要求。密封容器的气密性检测作为检测方法的一种,在保证产品质量方面起着越来越重要的作用。密封性能在汽车工业,燃气具行业,半导体加工业,航天工业,食品工业,医疗卫生业以及其他诸行业中都是至关重要的问题。对具有密封容器性质的产品来说,如果在使用过程中发生了泄漏且泄漏量超过了允许范围,不仅产品功能会受到影响,严重时可能导致火灾、爆炸、有害气体溢出等严重后果,引发不可挽回的损失。随着气密检测技术的发展,传统的气密检测方法已不能满足现代工业生产的自动化要求,因此气密检测仪的研究在气密性检测领域受到广泛的青睐。
本文设计一密封容器泄漏快速检测仪用于对刚性密封零部件进行气密性检测,采用589C51单片机设计一种差压式泄漏检测装置。首先阐述了课题的背景、研究现状及研究意义,对常见气密检测方法进行了比较,确定了设计方案和总体框图。并按模块化的设计思想分别对系统的硬件电路和软件程序进行了分析。硬件电路主要包括:气路的设计、差压信号的采集与处理电路、LCD显示电路和电源电路。同时,为了提高检测精度,还分析了如何合理选择检测参数。最后,通过检测实例得出检测的结果,给出了系统的性能指标。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of modern industrial production technology, higher and higher requirements are put forward for testing means. As a kind of testing method, airtightness detection of sealed container plays an increasingly important role in ensuring product quality. Sealing performance is a critical issue in automotive, gas, semiconductor, aerospace, food, health and other industries. For the products with the nature of sealed container, if the leakage occurs in the process of use and the leakage exceeds the allowable range, not only the function of the product will be affected, but also the serious consequences such as fire, explosion, harmful gas overflow and so on may be caused, causing irreparable losses. With the development of airtight detection technology, the traditional airtight detection method can not meet the automation requirements of modern industrial production, so the research of airtight detector is widely favored in the field of airtightness detection.
A quick leak detector for sealing container is designed to detect the air tightness of rigid sealing parts. A differential pressure leakage detection device is designed by using 589 C51 single chip microcomputer. Firstly, the background, research status and research significance of the subject are expounded, the common airtight detection methods are compared, and the design scheme and overall block diagram are determined. The hardware circuit and software program of the system are analyzed according to the modular design idea. Hardware circuit mainly includes: gas circuit design, differential voltage signal acquisition and processing circuit, LCD display circuit and power supply circuit. At the same time, in order to improve the detection accuracy, it also analyzes how to select the detection parameters reasonably. Finally, the test results are obtained by testing examples, and the performance index of the system is given.
