摘  要

高校人才培养的目的是培养毕业以后能够适应岗位、具有一技之长的技术型人才，顶岗实习环节对于大学毕业生能够很快成为社会一分子，起到了重要作用。国家教育大纲中把毕业设计环节、顶岗实习教育环节和学生就业培训作为毕业生学分考核的重要组成部分。通过顶岗实践，能够把学生在校学习的理论知识与动手实践结合起来，学生参加工作以后能够更好的适应岗位工作需求，为解决学生就业提供锻炼机会，为毕业生单项选择向学生方向选择转变，给学生创造更多的创造自我价值的机会，能够促进学生在本职工作上创新奋进，从而节约研发成本，企业产品性能能够使用最先进的技术得到提升。

本系统设计并实现了学生信息管理、就业信息管理、实习信息管理、招聘信息发布、数据统计等功能模块，既为就业指导教师提供了工作管理平台，也为学生搭建了通向企业和社会的桥梁。系统在设计前进行了详尽的需求分析，设计时基于SSM和JAVA编程技术，采用Mysql数据库储存系统数据，注重流程简化、架构合理化。经测试，系统功能完整、运行稳定，可以广泛应用在未来的就业管理工作中。

Abstract

The purpose of talent training in colleges and universities is to train technical talents who can adapt to their posts and have one skill after graduation. In the National Education Program, graduation design, internship education and student employment training are regarded as the important components of graduate credit assessment. Through on-the-job practice, students can combine their theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice. After taking part in their work, students can better adapt to the needs of their jobs, provide training opportunities for solving students' employment, and create more opportunities for students to create their own value.

The system designs and implements the functional modules of student information management, employment information management, internship information management, recruitment information release, data statistics and so on. It not only provides a job management platform for employment guidance teachers, but also builds a bridge to enterprises and society for students. The system carries on the detailed requirement analysis before the design, the design is based on the SSM and the JAVA programming technology, uses the Mysql database to store the system data, pays attention to the process simplification, the structure rationalization. After testing, the system has complete function and stable operation, and can be widely used in the future employment management work.
