摘要：本文对小型面条压延机进行了总体方案设计，确定了面条机的技术参数。同时对面条机使用过程中可能出现的问题做了详细的分析，并提出了相应的解决方法，且对面条机中的主要零件进行了结构设计、分析计算和校核。此次设计的面条机是将已经揉好的面团经过面辊相对转动挤压形成面片，再经压面棍对面片进行切条。此面条机的传动：以电动机为动力源，电机和切面辊之间通过皮带轮传动，两压面棍之间的传动是齿轮传动。
