摘要
随着国民经济的持续发展,汽车工业也在不断地发展着,各种设备都在不断地发展,创新着。特别是在汽车变速器方面,三轴五档汽车变速器的应用非常广泛,在一些特定的工作场合,三轴五档汽车变速器体积小,变速灵活,价格成本低廉很受欢迎,越来越多的驾驶人员选择三轴五档汽车变速器作为车辆的变速装置。根据市场调查发现,三轴五档汽车变速器必须满足当今人们对机动车辆速度调节方面的灵活性操控等需求,能够在不改变发动机的扭矩和转速的情况下,改变机动车辆的驱动力和行驶速度;在发动机曲轴旋转方向不变的情况下,使机动车辆前进或后退;在发动机不熄灭的情况下,可使机动车辆长时间停车或进行固定作业。变速箱有自锁功能、互锁装置和倒挡锁装置。
目前市面上的三轴五档汽车变速器大多都是采用传统的变速结构,在某些特定的区域,这种结构形式的三轴五档汽车变速器非常不受欢迎。由于以往的三轴五档汽车变速器采用传统的结构形式,这样就造成传动精度不好控制,保养维护费用较高;同时存在一定的安全隐患。因此,对整机的安全性要求较高,操作时也会给工作人员带来强烈的震动,使得操作很不舒服。虽然传通的三轴五档汽车变速器传动效率较高,变速效果较好,但是价格也较昂贵,对于一般的用户难以接受。所以研究一种新式的三轴五档汽车变速器势在必行!
本次设计的题目是三轴五档汽车变速器结构改进的设计,目前,国内三轴五档汽车变速器的研发也在向朝着高稳定性、高传动效率的方向发展,通过对传统的三轴五档汽车变速器进行内部结构的改进设计,使改进后的三轴五档变速器传动效率和精度都更高。

Abstract
With the sustainable development of the national economy, the automobile industry is constantly developing, and all kinds of equipment are constantly developing and innovating. Especially in the automobile gearbox, triaxial fifth gear of automobile gearbox is widely used. In some specific workplace, triaxial fifth automobile gearbox has the advantages of small volume, flexible speed, low cost price is very popular, more and more drivers choose triaxial fifth car gearbox as the vehicle speed change device. According to the market survey, three shaft gear of automobile gearbox must meet today people of motor vehicle speed adjusting flexibility control and needs to be without changing the engine torque and speed change motor vehicle driving force and speed; engine crankshaft rotation direction in the same situation, the motor vehicle forward or backward; in engine is not extinguished, the motor vehicle for a long time parking or fixed operation. Transmission has self locking function, interlocking device and reverse gear lock device.
Currently on the market, most of the motor vehicle transmission is using the traditional transmission structure, in some specific areas, the structural form of motor vehicle transmission is very unpopular. Because of the previous motor vehicle transmission using the traditional structure, which caused the transmission accuracy is not good control, maintenance costs are high; at the same time there is a certain security risk. Therefore, the safety requirements of the whole machine is higher, the operation will give the staff a strong vibration, making the operation is not comfortable. Although the transmission efficiency of the transmission of motor vehicle transmission is higher, the effect is better, but the price is more expensive, it is difficult for the average user to accept. So it is imperative to study a new kind of motor vehicle gearbox!
This design topic is triaxial fifth automobile transmission structure improvement design, at present, research and development of domestic triaxial fifth gear of automobile gearbox also to towards the direction of high stability, high transmission efficiency by of conventional triaxial fifth automobile gearbox of the improved design of the internal structure, so that the improved triaxial fifth gear transmission efficiency and accuracy are higher.
