无避让立体停车库设计
摘要
根据现有的简易式升降类停车设备,在其基础上进行改进,实现无避让的功能,能够更有效的停取车辆。首先设计无避让立体停车库的运动方案,使车库能够实现水平行走,回转,升降功能。水平行走是依靠齿轮齿条的传动带动行走箱体移动,这样二层车库也跟随行走箱移动。回转机构依靠齿轮传动,立柱与载车板旋转90°实现二层车库的回转。载车板到达规定旋转位置后进行升降。升降是通过卷扬装置中钢丝绳带动与载车板连接的动滑轮实现。三个运动的结合完成存取车辆的整个过程,实现无避让停车。其次是对无避让立体停车库的结构进行设计。
本研究课题的无避让立体停车库具有易生产、易操作、经济性的优点。非常适合传统停车库的改装与扩容。

Research on No-Avoidance Stereo Parking Garage
Abstract
According to the existing simple lifting type parking equipment, on the basis of its improvement, to achieve no avoidance function, can be more effective parking vehicles. First of all, the design of no avoidance stereo parking garage movement scheme, so that the garage can achieve horizontal walking, rotation, lifting function. Horizontal walking is driven by the rack and pinion drive to move the moving box, so the second floor garage also follow the moving box. The rotation mechanism relies on gear transmission, and the column and load plate rotate 90° to realize the rotation of the second floor garage. Lift the vehicle when it reaches the specified rotation position. Lifting is realized by the moving pulley connected with the load plate driven by the wire rope in the hoisting device. The combination of the three movements completes the whole process of accessi--ng to the vehicle to achieve no avoidance parking. The second is to design the structure of no-avoidance stereo parking garage.
This research topic has the advantages of easy production, easy operation and economy. It is very suitable for the modification and expansion of traditional parking garage.
