山东海阳张家铁矿9万吨/a地下开采设计
摘要
本设计是山东海阳张家铁矿9万吨/a地下开采设计。张家铁矿位于辽东半岛山东境内,矿带总长450米左右,有多层1~3米厚的夹石,平均真厚度6.20米,矿体赋存最高标高295米,推断矿体赋存最低标高195米。赋矿围岩为混合花岗岩,岩石类型为磁铁石英岩,呈灰、深灰色,细粒结构,条纹条带状、块状构造,主要矿石矿物为磁铁矿,脉石矿物为石英。矿体具有一定规模和工业价值。
本设计采用的是竖井开拓,罐笼井及风井均位于矿体下盘。该矿体采用中央对角式的通风方式,罐笼井作为进风井,另外设置两条风井,做为回风井。根据矿体的赋存条件,地质条件 ,本设计选用无底柱分段崩落法采矿方法。矿石、废石均由装运机运出采场,由罐笼运到地表。全矿共划分为2个中断,选用后退式开采。
在设计说明书中,阐述了本次设计的开拓方案、采矿方法、运输设备的选择以及通风系统和排水系统的选着,对不同的方案作了详细比较,各项技术决策均有可行的依据,并且附有数据和资料。运用课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,在老师的指导下,力求设计出一个合理可行的矿山设计。

Shandong Haiyang Zhang Jia iron ore 90000 tons of /a underground mining design
Abstract
This design is the Shandong Haiyang Zhang Jia iron ore 90000 tons of /a underground mining design. Zhangjiashan iron deposit is located in the Liaodong Peninsula of Shandong churchyard, ore with a total length of 450 meters, 1 ~ 3 m thick multilayer clamping stone, average true thickness of 619 metres, orebody occurrence highest elevation 295 m inferred the minimum height of the orebody occurrence 195 meters. Ore bearing rock is migmatitic granite, rock type is magnetite quartzite was grey, dark grey, fine-grained structure, banded, massive structure, the main ore mineral is magnetite and the gangue minerals quartz. Ore body has a certain size and industrial value.
This design is used in shaft, cage shaft and the air shaft are located in the footwall. The ore body by the central diagonal ventilation, cage well as downcast, another set of two shaft, as the return air shaft. According to the geological conditions, ore geological conditions, the sublevel caving mining method in the design. Ore, waste rock by the scraper out of the stope, the cage is transported to the ground. This is divided into 2 interrupt, the retreating mining.
In the design specification, this paper expounds the development scheme of the design, mining method, transport equipment and ventilation system and drainage system, the different schemes for the technical and economic comparison, various technical decision were feasible basis, and attached to the data and information, under the guidance of the teacher, and the use of the class of accumulated knowledge, finding relevant data and literature, and strive to design a reasonable and feasible design of mine.
