护栏清洁机设计
摘 要
本文研究的内容为一种用于清洁马路上隔离护栏的机器,同时将其命名为护栏清洁机。通过研究马路上隔离护栏的污染情况以及护栏清洁要求,对护栏清洁机进行了结构设计,使其能完成基本的作业要求。然后进行三维建模,对护栏清洁机的工作状况进行检验。本文对护栏清洁机具体进行了以下设计:
(1)通过对护栏清洁机工作情况的研究,确定整体结构为可分离式框架结构[1]。
(2)为实现清洁功能,对清洁部分进行设计。
(3)为了改善护栏清洁机的整体布局,对各机构的布置进行设计。为了增加分离作业时机器的稳定性,两边各采取三个轮支撑的设计。具有避障功能。
(4)为减少护栏清洁机前进过程中的控制复杂度,采取自动导向,两边各一个驱动轮、两个随动轮的设计。对驱动轮的结构、驱动方式进行设计校核。
(5)使用三维软件对护栏清洁机进行了三维建模,对护栏清洁机工作状况进行检验。

The Design of Guardrail Cleaner
Abstract
The content of this paper is a kind of machine used to clean the barrier on the road, and it is named as the barrier cleaner at the same time. By studying the pollution situation and cleaning requirements of barrier on the road, the structure design of barrier cleaner is carried out to enable it to complete the basic operation process. Then three-dimensional modeling is carried out to check the working condition of the guardrail cleaner. In this paper, the guardrail cleaner is designed as follows:
(1)Through the study of the working condition of the guardrail cleaner, the overall structure is determined to be a separable frame structure.
(2)In order to realize the cleaning function, the cleaning part is designed.
(3)In order to improve the overall layout of the guardrail cleaner, the layout of each mechanism was designed. In order to increase the stability of the separating machine, three wheels are adopted on both sides. It has the function of avoiding obstacles.
(4)In order to reduce the control complexity of the guardrail cleaner in the process of moving forward, the design of automatic steering, one driving wheel on each side and two servo wheels on each side is adopted. The structure and driving mode of the driving wheel are designed and checked.
(5)The three-dimensional model of the guardrail cleaner is built by using three-dimensional software, and the working condition of the guardrail cleaner is checked.
