摘要
本毕业设计是一个视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计的设计。首先,视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计作了简单的概述;接着分析和视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计计算方法的选择原则;然后根据这些设计准则与计算基础的设计;然后检查滑轨装置的主要部件的选择。普通型视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计由六个主要部件组成:目前,视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计向长距离,高速度,低摩擦的方向发展,近年来,视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计就是其中的一个。在设计中,该视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计的研制与应用,目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距,在过程中的国内设计和视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计的制造中存在着许多问题。
视觉检测装置与丝杆传动综合设计设计代表了设计的一般过程,对今后的设计工作的选择有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
This graduation project is a comprehensive design of visual inspection device and screw drive. Firstly, the integrated design of visual inspection device and screw drive is briefly summarized. Then, the selection principles of calculation methods for integrated design of visual inspection device and screw drive are analyzed. Then, according to these design criteria and the design of calculation basis, the selection of main components of slideway device is checked. The integrated design of common visual inspection device and screw drive consists of six main components: at present, the integrated design of visual inspection device and screw drive is developing towards the direction of long distance, high speed and low friction. In recent years, the integrated design of visual inspection device and screw drive is one of them. In the design, the development and application of the visual inspection device and the integrated design of the screw drive still lag far behind the advanced level of foreign countries. There are many problems in the process of domestic design and the manufacture of the integrated design of the visual inspection device and the screw drive.
The integrated design of visual inspection device and screw drive represents the general process of design, and has certain reference value for the selection of future design work.
