摘 要
随着经济的迅速发展,现在企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,这也使得企业越来越多地招聘人才,这种变化也导致人力资源的管理方面面临巨大的压力。本文针对当前企业人力资源的管理系统进行研究,旨在设计更符合企业发展的人力资源管理模型。
企业人力资源信息系统是公司企业内部很重要的一个管理事项,但目前大多公司内部劳资人事的管理,基本上是手工操作或是基于dos下的应用,这样对信息的管理者有诸多不便,有的虽然是用PowerBuilder9.0开发,但由于开发工具本身的限制,对网络功能的支持程度不是很强,为以后软件升级到互联网带来了麻烦。因此有必要开发一个基于网络的企业人力资源信息系统系统,能在网络环境下实现数据的录入、插入、删除、查询、统计、更新、打印等功能。同时,为了信息的保密与安全,系统还要提供一定的安全机制。
为企业的人事薪资管理提供一个有效的服务平台,主要实现以下功能:
(1)人事档案输入,可分为基本资料、入职资料、培训资料、人事管理查询以及相关报表等。
(2)底薪输入与管理,工时、加班输入与计算机系统,工资条打印与各式工资报表等。
本系统是利用PowerBuilder数据库技术并结合中国企业管理制度而建立起来的一个信息系统,主要包括员工基本资料的输入、维护、查询以及根据员工的津贴、考勤等信息生成工资报表等处理功能。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, which also makes enterprises recruit more and more talents. This change also leads to great pressure on the management of human resources. This paper studies the current management system of enterprise human resources in order to design a more suitable human resource management model.
The enterprise human resource information system is a very important management item within the company, but at present, most of the management of labor and capital affairs in the company is basically manual operation or based on the application under the dos, which has a lot of inconvenience to the information manager. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a network-based enterprise human resources information system, which can realize the functions of data entry, insertion, deletion, query, statistics, update, printing and so on in the network environment. At the same time, for the confidentiality and security of information, the system also provides a certain security mechanism.
To provide an effective service platform for personnel salary management, mainly to achieve the following functions:
(1) Personnel file input can be divided into basic information, entry information, training materials, personnel management inquiries and related reports.
(2) Base salary input and management, working hours, overtime input and computer systems, payroll printing and various wage reports.
Based on the PowerBuilder database technology and the Chinese enterprise management system, this system is an information system, which mainly includes the input, maintenance, inquiry of the basic information of employees and the processing functions of generating salary reports according to the information of employees' allowances and attendance.
