摘 要
模具工业是国民经济的基础工业,是国际上公认的关键行业。模具生产技术水平的高低是衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志,它在很大程度上决定着产品的质量,效益和新产品的开发能力。振兴和发展我国的模具工业,正日益受到人们的关注。由于轴类零件在机械制造中有非常重要的地位,塑件轴模具的设计就显得很有必要。
本次设计根据给定塑件轴的尺寸和结构要求,对塑件轴的分开型面、材质的收缩率,计算零件的注射(塑)量与注射压力,选取适用的注射(塑)机。校核: 注射(塑)量与注射压力和开模行程。确定塑件轴模具结构;计算确定塑件轴的注射(塑)量与成型穴数。塑件轴模具的型芯(凸模)与型腔(凹模)的结构设计。塑件轴模具的型芯(凸模)与型腔(凹模)的尺寸设计。塑件轴模具的浇注系统设计。塑件轴模具的冷却系统设计。塑件轴模具卸料及顶出装置(或机构)设计。设计说明中应展示图1塑件轴注射模具设计方案的对比与选择,模具型芯(凸模)与型腔(凹模)的工作尺寸的计算。主要模具零件(如型芯(凸模)与型腔(凹模)等)的尺寸计算过程及计算步骤等。

Abstract
The mould industry is the basic industry of the national economy and the key industry recognized internationally. The level of mould production technology is an important symbol to measure the level of product manufacturing in a country,which to a great extent determines the quality,benefit and development ability of new products. Revitalizing and developing the mould industry of our country is getting more and more attention. Because the shaft parts have a very important position in the mechanical manufacture,it is very necessary to design the shaft mould of plastic parts.
This design according to the given plastic parts shaft size and structural requirements,the plastic parts shaft of the separate surface,material shrinkage,calculate the injection (plastic) of the parts and injection pressure,select the appropriate injection (plastic) machine. check: injection (plastic) amount with injection pressure and open mold stroke. Determine the mold structure of the plastic shaft;calculate and determine the injection (plastic) of the plastic shaft and the number of molding holes. structural design of the core (convex die) and cavity (concave die) of the plastic part shaft die.
