摘 要
随着超高层建筑的出现,齿轮齿条升降电梯的设计、工艺不断得到提高,齿轮齿条升降电梯的品种也逐渐增多。1900年,美国奥梯斯公司制成了世界上第一台电动扶梯。齿轮齿条式升降电梯升降是一种依靠齿轮齿条传动的电梯,主要用于高层建筑的运输,整机的工作级别为A8。本机有非常可靠的电气和机械安全系统,是建筑施工中安全、高效的货之运输设备。
本次设计是齿轮齿条升降电梯传动系统设计,通过了解升降电梯发展,利用所学知识对其分析与研究,了解国内外升降电梯发展动态,对齿轮齿条电梯升降系统方案设计,齿轮齿条装置相关计算,电梯传动系统机构设计计算。齿轮齿条升降电梯是通过电动机带动传动机构驱动梯级执行任务的,把电动机主传动机构,制动系统则是通过电动机驱动减速器,靠减速器从动轴上的曵引轮与钢丝绳之间的摩擦力矩牵动轿厢与配重(或称对重)上,下运动实现运输的目的。

Abstract
With the emergence of super-high-rise buildings,the design and technology of gear rack lift have been continuously improved,and the variety of gear rack lift is gradually increasing. In 1900,the company made the world's first escalator. Gear rack lift elevator is a kind of elevator which depends on gear rack drive. It is mainly used for transportation of high-rise buildings. The working level of the whole machine is A8.. This machine has the very reliable electrical and mechanical safety system,is the construction safe,efficient goods transportation equipment.
This design is the gear rack elevator drive system design,through understanding the elevator development,using the knowledge of its analysis and research,understand the domestic and foreign elevator development trends,gear rack elevator lift system design,gear rack device related calculation,elevator transmission system mechanism design calculation. The gear rack lift elevator is driven by the motor to drive the ladder to carry out the task,the motor main drive mechanism,the brake system is driven by the motor drive reducer,by the reducer from the shaft of the wheel and wire rope friction moment between the car and the weight (or weighing),the lower movement to achieve the purpose of transportation.
