摘 要
随着蜂窝煤在我国城市的推厂和普及,越来越多的蜂窝煤成型机正源源不断涌向市场 ,面对规格品种繁多、型式结构各异的蜂窝煤成型机,如何选定其技术与经济指标、评价及其性能,成为了人们越来越关注的问题。随着生活水平的普遍提高,人们对蜂窝煤成型机的要求也越来越高。例如,蜂窝煤成型机的结构应尽量简单,其工艺性要好,便于制造与装配;其维修性要好,便于调整和修理。
本次设计一用于蜂窝煤成型的专用机器,采用齿轮分度。齿轮式蜂窝煤成型机,其基本工作原理为将煤粉加入转盘上的模筒内,经冲头冲压成蜂窝煤。大致的过程是由类似料斗式的装置将煤粉放置于冲压部位,然后由冲压和脱模机构对煤粉进行冲压以致成型,并进行脱模,冲压和脱模的过程利用槽轮机构,对煤粉位置进行转换,以便能达到冲压和脱模同时进行,这样节省不少的生产时间,大大提高生产效率。在冲压和脱模完成时,还利用了扫屑装置,对冲头和脱模头进行清扫,便于后续的冲压和脱模。
本文研究蜂窝煤成型方法与蜂窝煤成型机类型;完成齿轮式蜂窝煤成型机的总体设计;完成齿轮式蜂窝煤成型机的主要部件设计、主要零件设计;绘制总装配图、主要部件装配图,主要零件图、撰写计算说明书等。

Abstract
With the promotion and popularization of honeycomb coal in our city,more and more honeycomb coal forming machines are pouring into the market continuously. In the face of honeycomb coal forming machines with various specifications and different types and structures,how to select their technical and economic indexes,evaluation and performance has become a more and more issue. With the general improvement of living standard,people's demand for honeycomb coal molding machine is higher and higher. For example,the structure of honeycomb coal molding machine should be as simple as possible,its process property should be good,easy to manufacture and assemble;its maintainability should be good,easy to adjust and repair.
This design is a special machine for forming honeycomb coal,using gear indexing The basic principle of gear-type honeycomb coal forming machine is to add pulverized coal into the cylinder on the turntable and punch it into honeycomb coal. The general process is that the coal powder is placed in the stamping part by a similar hopper type device,and then the coal powder is punched and formed by stamping and demoulding mechanism,and the process of demoulding,stamping and demoulding uses the slot wheel mechanism to convert the coal powder position so that the stamping and demoulding can be carried out simultaneously,which saves a lot of production time and greatly improves the production efficiency. When stamping and demoulding are finished,the chip sweeping device is also used to clean the punch and demoulding head,which is convenient for subsequent stamping and demoulding.
This paper studies the forming method of honeycomb coal and the type of honeycomb coal forming machine;completes the overall design of gear type honeycomb coal forming machine;completes the main component design and main part design of gear type honeycomb coal forming machine;draws the general assembly drawing,component assembly drawing,the main part drawing,writes the calculation instruction and so on.
