塑料瓶贴标机设计
摘要
随着我国包装行业的快速发展,不干胶自动贴标机在产品贴标中的应用越来越广泛。随着自动化的发展,自动化机械设备慢慢开始取代人工操作,不仅效率高而且成本低,在各个行业中都开始广泛应用,贴标机就是应运而生的产物,本文对贴标机进行了简述,并对其结构、工作原理进行了阐述,还提出一些贴标机的设计思路,以供探讨。
本文对塑料瓶贴标机械及其国内外发展概况进行了一些介绍,同时对塑料瓶贴标机械的发展概况和现存的贴标机械工作原理进行了阐述,介绍了一些新型的塑料瓶贴标机械。本文设计的直线式不干胶塑料瓶贴标机,分瓶机构将塑料瓶等距分开以便准确贴标,输送机构通过板式输送带将塑料瓶传输到贴标的位置,由贴标机构机构与滚贴机构配合完成贴标的功能。本文对直线式不干胶塑料瓶贴标机的总体结构进行了设计,对各部分机构进行了详细的设计与分析、计算。

Plastic bottle labeling machine design
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's packaging industry, adhesive automatic labeling machine is more and more widely used in product labeling. With the development of automation, automatic machinery and equipment slowly began to replace manual operation, not only high efficiency and low cost, and began to be widely used in various industries, labeling machine is the product that came into being. This paper briefly describes the labeling machine, and expounds its structure and working principle, and puts forward some design ideas of labeling machine for discussion.
This paper introduces the development of plastic bottle labeling machinery and its domestic and foreign development, at the same time describes the development of plastic bottle labeling machinery and existing principles of labeling machinery, introduced some new plastic bottle labeling machinery. The linear adhesive plastic bottle labeling machine designed in this paper, the split bottle mechanism separates the plastic bottle equidistant for accurate labeling, the conveying mechanism transmits the plastic bottle to the labeling position through the plate conveyor belt, and the labeling mechanism and the rolling mechanism cooperate to complete the labeling function. In this paper, the overall structure of linear plastic bottle labeling machine is designed, and the structure of each part is designed in detail. with analysis, calculation.
