摘 要
就业和创业作为高校的一项重要工作，其数据准确和效率高低得到了很多高校的关注，随着计算机网络和 Internet 的普及，运用先进的信息管理系统及其软件开发平台，对就业和创业信息进行科学化和网络化管理，己经成为高校信息化管理的一个趋势和重要组成部分。
高校毕业生是我国人力资源组成的核心,是建设小康社会、实现国家现代化建设人才的生力军。在我国不断扩大高等教育规模的形势下,高校毕业生日益增加。因此,人才需求的目标出现了种种问题:高校毕业生就业资源多,但就业率低;企业单位人力资源紧缺却招不到合适的人才,岗位人才流动性频频增加,形成岗位无人的问题。基于这样的实际情况,我国人力资源管理等相关部门提出针对大学生就业创业的一系列政策和就业信息管理平台建设,把企业单位资源分配率和高校毕业生的资源有效地结合起来,就此提高我国高校毕业生的就业率,降低我国人力资源分配不均匀的缺陷。
高校就业创业信息管理系统帮助企业在众多的简历中缩减查看简历范围，根据科学的计算方法保证结果的科学性。本系统采用SSM框架和MySQL数据库,B/S技术架构。提供招聘信息发布功能，本校工作人员可以选择直接发布或通过给招聘单位提供一个账号，允许招聘单位远程发布招聘职位信息，招聘进度信息等。提供招聘信息管理功能，本校工作人员可以管理招聘信息，学生可以查询招聘信息，了解招聘进度。提供创业孵化信息管理功能，结合本校实际需求，管理学生创业大赛信息，创业交流合作信息等 。提供就业、创业信息跟踪管理功能，能生成校友联系档案，方便工作人员管理校友就业及联系信息，学生可以远程实时更新创业信息，工作人员可以管理，查询学生的创业信息，并可根据需求提供创业帮带管理功能。

The information management system of employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities helps enterprises to reduce the scope of viewing resumes in many resumes and ensure the scientific results according to scientific calculation methods.
