LED插件机工作台的设计
摘 要
随着政府对节能环保产业的政策支持,LED产业发展在近几年得到空前的发展,特别是LED电子显示屏,在证券金融业、公共服务业、交通运输业和宣传广告业等领域得到了广泛的应用。然而,目前我国生产企业LED 插件工作大多是人工操作,一般的熟练工人插件每小时1000只左右,效率很低。所以很多企业想通过自动化设备来代替人工插件,但现在市面上插件机的售价昂贵,中小企业难以接受。所以市场急需一种成本低、结构简洁、功能较强的散装LED专用插件机。
LED屏生产过程中,LED发光管的插装过程采用大量手工操作,人工插件方式存在成本高、可靠性低等诸多不足,制约了LED屏生产质量和效率的提高。目前我国沿海劳动力成本升高的情况下,需要相应的自动替代设备。本文是针对上述需要对LED自动插件机若干问题进行设计研究。
本课题是LED插件机的工作台设计,是LED插件机的一个主要部件设计。本课题要求能方便安装LED电路板,并在X、Y两方向自由移动,有效行程320X240。

Abstract
With the government's policy support for the energy-saving and environmental protection industry, the development of the LED industry has been unprecedented in recent years, especially the LED electronic display screen, which has been widely used in the fields of securities finance, public service, transportation and. However, at present, the plug-in work LED Chinese production enterprises is mostly manual operation, and the general skilled worker plug-in is about 1000 per hour, and the efficiency is very low. So many enterprises want to use automation equipment to replace manual plug-in, but now the market plug-in machine is expensive, small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to accept. So the market needs a low cost, simple structure, powerful bulk LED special plug-in machine.
LED screen production process, LED light-emitting tube plug-in process using a large number of manual operation, manual plug-in mode has high cost, low reliability and many other deficiencies, restricting the LED screen production quality and efficiency. At present our country coastal labor cost rises the situation, needs the corresponding automatic replacement equipment. According to the above requirements, this paper designs and studies some problems of LED automatic plug-in machine.
This topic is the worktable design of LED plug-in machine, which is a main component design of LED plug-in machine. This project requires easy installation of LED circuit board and free movement in both directions of X、Y, effective travel 320 X240..
