摘 要
随着近几年我国酒店的迅猛发展，酒店业的竞争日益激烈。为提高酒店的管理水平，增强酒店的竞争能力，先进的酒店 管理信息系统己成为酒店 经营者的必然选择，由于酒店服务项目众多，客人信息内容繁琐，而且信息量大，因而在操作上经常造成很多不便之处，浪费了时间，降低了工作效率，而且极大地影响了酒店 的服务质量和经济效益，要想降低成本，提高工作效率、服务质量和管理水平，必须借助计算机来辅助进行酒店 的管理，本文针对这些问题设计了这个系统，本着科学化、规范化、系统化的原则，设计和开发了酒店客房管理系统。
本文论述了酒店客房管理系统的详细需求分析过程。同时论述了酒店客房管理系统的详细设计过程，包括酒店管理系统的分析、系统功能设计、数据库设计等，本系统前台采用的开发工具为Java，后台数据库的开发工具为 Mysql，前端和后端的结合采用 ADO 数据库访问技术，功能包含房客信息发布、客房信息查询、客房网上预订、客房电话预订锁定、房费网上支付、客房入住评价、入住登记、入住查询、线下结账、客房使用数据统计等功能模块。

Abstract
With the rapid development of hotels in China in recent years, the competition of hotel industry is increasingly fierce. In order to improve the management level and enhance the competitiveness of the hotel, the advanced hotel management information system has become an inevitable choice for hotel operators. Because of the large number of hotel service items, the contents of guest information and the amount of information, it often causes a lot of inconvenience in operation, wastes time, reduces work efficiency, and greatly affects the service quality and economic efficiency of the hotel. This system is designed for these problems, and the hotel room management system is designed and developed in accordance with the principles of scientific, standardized and systematic.
The article discusses the detailed requirements analysis process of the hotel room management system. This paper also discusses the detailed design process of the hotel room management system, including the analysis of the hotel management system, the system function design, the database design, etc. The development tools used in the front desk of the system are the Java, background database development tools for the Mysql, front-end and back-end use of ADO database access technology, hotel room management system module function design and description, functions include tenant information release, room information query, room online reservation, room telephone reservation lock, room rate online payment, room check-in evaluation, check-in boarding. Remember, check-in query, offline checkout, room use data statistics and other functional modules.
