台虎钳的车床加工工艺设计
摘 要:本次毕业设计主要是基于现有机床设备、刀具条件等对于台虎钳的车床部分零件进行适应性改造 ,并对其机械加工工艺进行新的设计,到最后使用现有数控机床进行加工等,达到更高的效率。
通过此次毕业设计,我们能够更好的了解到数控车床的加工原理以及数控车床所涉及的加工范围,并且对于台虎钳的结构有了更加深入的了解,前期测绘用到多种测绘工具,设计过程中在利用原有课本知识的基础上,充分运用三维建模软件proe、计算机辅助设计软件cad等作图设计,后期的数控加工进一步对前期毕业设计所用原理知识进行巩固,使得我学到更多加工工艺知识。

Lathe machining process design of bench vice
Abstract:This graduation design is mainly based on the existing condition of machine tool equipment, tool for vise lathe parts such as adaptability, and the machining process for the new design, in the end use existing nc machine tool for processing and so on, to achieve higher efficiency.
Through this graduation design, we can better understand the processing principle of CNC lathe and CNC lathe processing scope involved, and for the structure of the vise have deeper understanding, early used a variety of surveying and mapping of surveying and mapping tools, the design process on the basis of using original textbook knowledge, make full use of 3 d modeling software proe drawing design, computer aided design software of cad, and numerical control processing in the late graduation design principle used to early to further consolidate knowledge, makes me learn more knowledge processing technology.
