网络谣言引发社会治安问题之研究

摘要

随着近年来互联网的高速发展和普及,网络谣言借着网络快速的扩散,其影响力不像先前的口语传播会局限于某一地理区域,它的传播范围更为广泛,传播速度更为迅速,传播路径也更为复杂。网络谣言比起口传谣言来,危害更为严重,控制也更为困难。互联网的发展与普及极大的促进了社会的进步与发展，给人们的工作、生活、消费和交往方式造成深远的影响。互联网也是一把双刃剑，在给我们带来便利的同时，也给社会带来了很多问题。尤其是加剧社会治安的紧张局势，滋生一些新型的网络犯罪等等。国内学者对此进行了一系列的研究，而本文主要关注的是当前国内网络谣言的研究现状。本文对当前网络谣言研究的成果进行了总结，同时分析了学者们所运用的理论和采用的研究方法，宏观上把握我国当前网络谣言研究的大的方向，从而提出我国学者可以继续研究的领域。

Abstract

Internet rumor than rumors of mouth, the more serious harm, control is more difficult. Development and popularization of the Internet greatly contributed to the progress and development of society, to the people's work, life, consumption and communication methods have far-reaching impact. The Internet is also a double-edged sword, brought us convenience, but also to bring a lot of social problems. Exacerbate social tensions, especially law and order, some of the new breed of cyber crime and so on. Domestic scholars have conducted a series of studies, but this article focuses on the study of the current status of the domestic network of rumors. In this paper, the results of the current network rumor study summarizes, and analyzes the theory scholars use and research methods used to grasp the general direction of our network rumor current research on macro, which made the field of Chinese scholars continue to study.
