制造业企业存货管理在企业资产管理中占有非常重要的地位。随着市场竞争加剧，如何使用先进的存货管理方法，降低企业存货资金占用水平，提高存货的周转速度来提高企业的效益显得尤为重要。A 汽车零部件公司是由沈阳汽车空调厂与美国 D 汽车系统公司合资组建的汽车空调系统开发制造商，主要产品包括汽车空调组件、蒸发器等相关汽车零部件。论文对 A 汽车零部件公司存货管理存在问题进行分析的基础上，提出加强其存货管理的相关建议。论文建议有助于 A 汽车零部件公司提升存货管理水平，改善公司经营状况，相关建议也可供其他汽车零部件制造企业借鉴。

Abstract
Manufacturing enterprise inventory management plays a very important role in theenterprise asset management. With increased competition in the market, how to use properinventory management, and reduce the level of funds used inventory, improve inventoryturnover rate to improve the efficiency of enterprises is particularly important. A auto partscompanies in the automotive air conditioning system developed by the manufacturer ofautomobile air-conditioning plant in Shenyang with the United States D Automotive Systemsjoint venture, the main products include air-conditioning components and other automotiveevaporator related automotive components. A thesis on the basis of the auto parts companyinventory management problem analysis, proposed to strengthen its inventory managementrecommendations. A thesis proposal will help companies to improve inventory managementlevel, improve the company operating conditions, but also for other related recommendationsauto parts manufacturers for reference.
Thesis describes the background and significance, research status, research ideas andinnovation; secondly introduces the theoretical definition of inventory, content and method ofinventory management, auto parts enterprises inventory management characteristics; againpaper storage process inventory from the company's management situation, analyze warehouseprocess management status, management status of the procurement process, select the status ofthe supplier, inventory status of production in these five areas, and summed A specific autoparts company in inventory management Problems, such as a company there is a higheroperating costs of production, purchasing departments lack of initiative, vendor selectionindicator single, lack of information sharing.
