摘 要
在食用茎块食物过程中需要很麻烦清洗去皮,了解到马铃薯是地下块茎,收获时沾有泥土,其形状不规则,一般呈卵圆形,表面有很多小窝,马铃薯表皮很薄,很容易受外力作用而破损,于是,针对这一点课题研究土豆清洗去皮机。针对马铃薯表皮很薄,很容易受外力作用而破损的这一点,根据上网了解到,可以利用毛辊来清洗加去皮,简单方便,利用高压喷嘴喷射的散射水流冲洗,去除一些泥土及杂质,达到清洗目的,再利用毛刷对土豆进行滚动去皮,可以利用软质毛刷转动,对土豆皮损伤不打,达到去皮目的。
本次所设计的清洗去皮一体机主要有电机,尼龙辊刷,高压喷嘴,机体,液压装置和plc控制的计时器等部件组成,毛辊各个之间靠链条连接,利用电机带动,设有plc控制的定时液压装置。先开启机器,再倒入土豆,土豆在滚动清洗时,杂物和水会通过下面的网孔流出,避免杂物流入出料口,当定时结束时,电机自动停止,液压装置自行起动抬起机体,使机体倾斜,利用土豆自身的重量,从出料口滚出,进入事先预定好的盛放器皿内。

In view of the fact that potato skin is very thin and easy to be damaged by external forces, according to the Internet, it is possible to use a hair roller to clean and remove skin, which is simple and convenient, and is flushed by scattering water sprayed by high pressure nozzles. Remove some soil and impurities to achieve the purpose of cleaning, and then use the brush to roll the potatoes. Peeling, you can use soft brush rotation, do not hurt potato skin, to achieve the purpose of peeling.
Main contents: the machine is mainly composed of motor, nylon roller brush, high pressure nozzle, airframe, hydraulic device and timer controlled by plc. The roller is connected by chain and driven by motor. Equipped with plc control timing hydraulic device.
