摘要
最近这几年,劣质奶粉、伤人电梯、问题电缆等事件引起全社会广泛关注。从我省消费领域的实际情况看,消费者投诉举报渠道不够畅通,维权机制不够健全;部分行业、企业法治意识淡薄,诚信缺失,制假售假、虚假宣传、价格欺诈等问题还较为突出;消费侵权引发的消费纠纷和矛盾还时有发生,纠纷调处、违法行为查处的群众满意度还不够高。随着法制观念的深入人心,越来越多的市民在遭遇消费侵权时,坚决地维护自身合法权益,而各级有关部门也积极地帮助消费者讨回公道。然而,调查了解到,我国的消费者在维权时出现很多的问题及阻碍。
为此本文通过对消费者权益保护的相关论述,分析了现行消费者权益保护的问题,规范研究的方法:考察总结我国现行的《消费者权益保护法》,梳理现有改善《消费者权益保护法》的各项政策、措施,结合实践分析,并以此为指导进行消费者权益保护体系的研究。

Abstract
In recent years,low-quality milk powder,injury elevator,problem cable and other incidents have attracted wide attention of the whole society. From the actual situation in the field of consumption in our province,the channels for reporting consumer complaints are not smooth enough,and the mechanism for safeguarding rights is not sound enough;In some industries,the legal consciousness of enterprises is weak,the lack of integrity,fake sales,false publicity,price fraud and other issues are still more prominent;The consumer disputes and contradictions caused by consumption infringement still occur from time to time,the dispute mediation,illegal behavior investigation and punishment of mass satisfaction is not high enough. With the popularity of the concept of legal system,more and more citizens resolutely safeguard their own legitimate rights and interests when they encounter consumption infringement,and all levels are concerned. The department has also been active in helping consumers find justice. However,the survey found that there are many problems and obstacles in the protection of our consumers' rights.
Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems of current consumer rights and interests protection by discussing the protection of consumers' rights and interests,and standardizes the methods of research: investigating and summarizing the current Consumer Rights and interests Protection Law of our country. By combing the existing policies and measures to improve the Consumer Rights and interests Protection Act,combining with the practical analysis,the empirical study on the consumer rights and interests protection system is carried out under the guidance of this.
