摘 要
双酚A型环氧树脂是现阶段国内国外使用量最大、生产量也最大的一类极具实用价值的环氧树脂,因此,本文中关于环氧树脂的车间工艺设计主要是针对双酚A型环氧树脂进行的设计和说明的。从生产工艺的方法上来看,该环氧树脂一般情况下都采用一步法工艺中的溶剂法进行大规模生产与销售。
本设计论文研究的课题为年产3万吨的环氧树脂的车间工艺设计,主要从环氧树脂的性质特点,环氧树脂车间工艺设计的具体过程、物料及热量衡算、经济效益的简单核算等方面进行了比较详尽的说明与论述,其内容主要包括:本车间工艺设计的概述,车间生产工艺的比较与确定,物料衡算,热量衡算,工艺设备选型与计算,数据汇总,经济效益初步核算等。

Abstract
The Diglycidyl ether of bis phenol A is the most widely used whether in China or out abroad, and it is one of the largest production of huge valuble and practical epoxy resin, therefore, this design is mainly designed for workshop process conducted Diglycidyl ether of bis phenol A. From the point of view of the production process method, the epoxy resin are generally large-scale production and sales of one-step process by the way of solvent method.
This design thesis topic for 30,000 tons of epoxy resin plant process design, which mainly included design purpose the natural characteristics of it, the process of the specific workshop process design for epoxy resin in this article, calculation of material and heat, the simple economic benefits accounting and other aspects were more detailed description and discussion of its contents include: design purpose, meaning and content, compared to determine the workshop production process, material balance, heat balance, process equipment selection and calculation, data collection, preliminary accounting and other economic benefits and so on.
