高校就业信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘  要

为了加强对毕业生就业流程的规范化管理，建立学校与用人单位间长期有效的联系，现代化的就业信息管理系统的构建是非常有必要的，其不仅能促进毕业生就业率的提高，同时也从一定程度上提升了学校相关管理部门的工作效率。本文所阐述的高校毕业生就业信息管理系统在构建的过程中，首先结合高校毕业生就业管理中的现实问题来明确构建毕业生就业管理系统的意义。而后针对调研结果设计出系统构建的需求文档，以此为指向性来对系统的各项功能点进行详细的设计。集中分析了毕业生信息管理，就业管理以及就业跟踪等核心模块，讨论了校级审核院级审核等操作的实现。最后，根据系统的实现过程来对系统的功能覆盖以及性能指数进行测试，以确保系统稳定正常的工作。系统在实现的过程中，采用了成熟的 SSH 框架结合 J2EE 应用开发平台来加以实现，提高了系统的稳定性，同时以 B/S 模式对开发流程进行控制，不仅提高了系统的易用性，同时也大大拓展了系统的应用范畴。系统着重体现了其中的 RABC 控制体系，完成了不同角色成员对于该系统的功能使用权限的控制。

ABSTRACT

In order to strengthen the standardized management of graduate employment process, establish a long-term and effective contact between school and unit of choose and employ persons, the modernization of the construction of employment information management system is necessary, it can not only improve graduates employment, also from a certain extent, promote the school management department related to the work efficiency.In the process of constructing the college graduates employment information management system described in this paper, the significance of constructing the college graduates employment management system is firstly clarified by combining the practical problems in the college graduates employment management. Then, according to the survey results, the demand document of system construction is designed, and the detailed design of each function point of the system is conducted based on this. This paper analyzes the core modules of graduate information management, employment management and employment tracking, and discusses the implementation of school-level audit and school-level audit. Finally, the function coverage and performance index of the system are tested according to the implementation process of the system to ensure the stable and normal operation of the system. In the process of system implementation, a mature SSH framework combined with J2EE application development platform is adopted to achieve the stability of the system. At the same time, B/S mode is used to control the development process, which not only improves the ease of use of the system, but also greatly expands the application scope of the system. The system mainly embodies the RABC control system, and realizes the control of different role members' access to the functions of the system.
