摘要
本次设计的题目是玉米脱粒机的设计,此种玉米脱粒机的出现不仅能够大大提高生产效率,也可以实现农业的自动化大生产,并且玉米脱粒机更接近我们的生活实际。玉米脱粒机的设计是保证产品的质量,工作效率、节约能源、降低成本的重要手段,是企业进行生产准备,计划调度、加工操作、生产安全、技术检测和健全劳动组织的重要依据,也是企业上品种、上质量、上水平,加速产品更新,提高经济效益的技术保证。然而机械设备又是机械工业的重要组成部分,不论是传统的脱粒设备,还是现代脱粒设备,玉米脱粒机都是十分重要的。因此,好的玉米脱粒机的设计可以提高产品劳动生产率,保证和提高加工精度,降低生产成本等,从而使产品在保证精度的前提下提高效率、降低成本。
当今激烈的市场竞争和企业信息化的要求,企业对玉米脱粒设备的设计及制造提出了更高的要求。我们这些即将大学毕业的机械设计制造及其自动化专业的学生,要进行对本专业所学习的知识进行综合的运用和掌握,为此我们要进行毕业设计,要自己动手进行思考问题,为社会主义现代化建设的发展贡献力量,也要从此迈出展现自己价值的第一步。
传统的实现玉米脱粒的方法都是依靠人工的方式,这样工作效率低下,质量得不到保证,而本课题所设计的玉米脱粒机,能够实现玉米的自动脱粒,在人工脱粒的基础上面大大地提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本,特别与发达国家的玉米脱粒设备相比,还是有一定的差距,因此新型玉米脱粒机的设计具有重要意义。

Abstract
With development of all kind of science technology and global economy, manipulator is a automated 16 devices that can mimic the human hand and arm movements to do something,aslo can according to a fixed procedure to moving objects or control tools. It can replace the heay labor in order to achieve the production mechanization and automation, and can work in dangerous working environments to protect the personal safety.Therefore widely used in machine building, metallurgy, electronics, light industry and atomic energy sectors.The pneumatic part of the design is primarily to choose the right valves and design a reasonable pneumatic control loop, by controlling and regulating pressure, flow atcompress engt ththdirec tionpro cedurework.not only can be used for minced meat, can also be used with crushed peanuts, crushed ice.
It spices and other food, small power requirements, powered by the motor drive, reasonable structure design, can meet the family kitchen generally meat food consisting mainly of minced required.it get the necessary strength, speed and changed the direction of movement in the prescribed procedure work.Small twisted paper broken machine for ordinary home, not only can be used for minced meat.
