摘 要
历年来的丰产经验证明:抓紧夏季垦复荒山,加强熟山中耕培育,是保证全面油茶大丰收的主要关键。油茶地经垦复后土壤疏松,保水保肥,促进茶株根系发育,春季所发新梢数、梢长、新叶数、花芽数分别比不垦复的增加48.5%、118.7%、11.5%和88・7%,而且茶籽千粒重增加0.7-3.3公斤,亩产量增加11.7-39.2公斤,增产15.7%-81.6%。所谓的垦复是指翻耕荒芜的茶山而言,其目的在于:消除杂草灌木,促进土壤风化,故宜用深挖。垦复的深度视情况而定,-般7~8寸。本课题运用制图软件对油茶垦复机中间传动进行机构设计,其中包括中间传动,侧边的传动,旋转锹的设计。通过蜗轮蜗杆的变向将动力传到侧边,使用大小齿轮实现减速后传给刀,既解决了侧边传动耕幅较小的问题,也实现了低速、高效率的垦复要求。

Abstract
The experience of high yield over the years has proved that it is the main key to ensure a good harvest of Camellia oleifera to grasp the summer reclamation of barren mountains and to strengthen cultivation in mature mountains.After reclamation, the soil of Camellia oleifera was loose, water and fertilizer were preserved, root development of tea plant was promoted. The number of new shoots, shoot length, new leaves and flower buds in spring increased by 48.5% and 88,775%, respectively, and the weight of tea seeds increased by 0.7-3.3 kg.The yield per mu increased by 11.7-39.2 kg, and increased by 15.7- 81.6 kg.The so-called reclamation refers to the cultivation of barren tea mountains, the purpose of which is to eliminate weeds. Shrub, promote soil weathering, so it is appropriate to use deep digging.The depth of reclamation depends on the situation.In this paper, the middle drive of Camellia Camellia Reclamation machine is designed by using drawing software, including intermediate drive, side drive and spade design.The power is transmitted to the side of the worm gear by changing the direction of the worm gear and the small gear is used to reduce the speed and pass to the knife. It not only solves the problem that the tilting range of the side drive is small but also realizes the low speed and high efficiency reclamation requirement.
