This paper introduces the control scheme of a DWC300 double kink chocolate candy packing machine, and expounds the composition and function of the system from the aspects of software and hardware. According to the technological characteristics of candy packaging, the system process is mainly for lining-wrapped sugar-spray-cut-off. Taking Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC as the control core and using the powerful function of PLC, a three-phase asynchronous motor is controlled by Panasonic VF0 inverter, and the electrical device can run stably according to the design requirements. The external circuit of the system is simple and has the characteristics of miniaturization and low energy consumption. In addition, the system enhances man-machine interaction and utilizes force control configuration. The control system interface of DWC300 double kink chocolate candy packing machine is developed to realize the automatic tracking and monitoring of packing process. Configuration software is a new type of industrial automatic control system. It replaces the traditional closed system with the integrated system composed of standard industrial computer software and hardware platform.
DWC300 double-kink chocolate packing machine is suitable for single-grain double-kink packaging such as chocolate. Conveyor belt input and mechanical material into the sugar plate for kink packaging;photoelectric tracking, touch LCD and PLC control;can be customized into automatic rotating plate material or finishing line automatic cutting material.
