摘 要

本毕业设计的目的是贝诺酯的设计制备。在满足GMP要求的前提下，通过年生产任务推算出投料量，以此对提取工艺进行物料衡算，然后根据计算结果选择所需主要设备，同时也主要对非标准设备—振动筛分机进行了设计计算。在设备选型和非标设备计算完毕后，进行生产车间的平面和立面布置，确定出主要设备的平面立面位置。同时，为了达到GMP的标准，对生产管理、“三废”处理、消防卫生、劳动安全、环境保护等都设计了详细的实施制度。

Abstract

The purpose of this graduation project is to prepare the design of Benoate. On the premise of meeting the requirements of GMP, the quantity of material is calculated through the annual production task, and then the material balance of the extraction process is calculated, and then the main equipment is selected according to the calculation results. At the same time, the non-standard equipment-vibrating screen extension machine is also designed and calculated. After the equipment selection and non-standard equipment calculation are finished, the plane and elevation layout of the production workshop is carried out, and the plane elevation position of the main equipment is determined. At the same time, In order to meet the standards of GMP, detailed implementation system has been designed for production management, "three wastes" treatment, fire protection, labor safety, environmental protection, etc. .
