摘 要
随着人们对汽车驾驶的操纵性和乘客乘坐舒适性要求越来越高,以及电子技术的日渐成熟,现代汽车悬架系统也将其技术大量应用于其中,使悬架不同的路面和行驶状态作出不同反应是电子控制悬架系统的最大优点。乘坐舒适性达到令人满意的状态是人们对现代汽车的基本要求,而对于驾驶者来说,汽车的操纵稳定性则显得尤为重要。丰田凌志lS400的电控悬架系统采用的是目前最先进的主动式空气弹簧悬架,在不同的行驶状况下(路况)自动控制弹簧刚度、减振器阻尼力和车高,以达到抑制加速时后坐、制动时点头、转向时侧倾等汽车行驶状态的实时变化,从车身的稳定性能方面来改善乘坐的舒适性和驾驶者的操纵的稳定性。现代汽车教育行业发展迅猛,传统的修理厂师徒制的教授已经不能满足我国目前汽车修理行业的发展,汽车悬架实验台的设计已经迫在眉睫,为配合汽车维修教育、培训以及研究需求所设计了本次的实验台架,对凌志LS400电控悬架的工作原理,传感器、执行器的故障分析给出直观的表现,不论对于初次学习汽车悬架的在校学生还是有经验维修企业员工都有非常直接有效的帮助,实验台结构合理并尽可能的考虑汽车教学实际要求,主要由悬架系统等实物组成,并配置了多功能控制柜/显示柜,目的是为了适应教学要求。
