摘 要
随着国家对汽车行业的调整，汽车已经成为国民经济支柱产业。汽车零部件之一的活塞环需求量日益增大，活塞环的检测方法尤为重要，特别是一些大型货车、工程车辆造价相当高，为了节约资源，本着降低成本的目的，活塞环的检验方法就非常重要。我国现在许多检测方法并不成熟，需要进一步的改进。同时作为毕业时设计的课题，强化了实际操作的能力。
本台设置活塞检验仪主要由检验平板、检验平台、销控定位棒、升降块及百分表组成。本台设置测量的主要项目包括活塞环横架、活塞环岸直径、活塞销孔中心线与底面的平行度、连杆的弯曲和扭曲度。
