机械振动工业是加工制造流程性材料产品的现代国民经济的支柱产之一,它涉及的是物质的化学、物理和生物等转化过程中物质的运动、传递、形态和反应及其相互关系,需要高效清洁的物质转化工艺、流程和设备。所谓“流程性材料”是指以流体(气体、液体、粉粒体等)形态为主的材料。而工艺过程与过程设备互为依托,相辅相成,密不可分。机械振动设备的原理与技术的创新是提高过程效率以提高流程性材料产品质量和数量的关键途径,也是节约能源、资金、材料和空间等的有效手段。
本文主要介绍了一种机械振动装置机构的主要零部件的工艺设计:第一章介绍了当前国内外机械振动设备的发展趋势及现状;第二章主要讲机械振动设备中转轴的工艺;第三章主要设计了导筒的工艺;第四章主要设计转子的工艺;第五章是专用夹具的设计,最后几章主要是本设计的工序卡和操作卡及附录。因本人水平有限,错误和不足之处在所难免,处理问题也有不妥之处,敬请相关老师批评指正。

Mechanical vibration - Industrial is the processing flow of materials, products of the modern national economy pillar industries, it relates to the chemical, physical and biological transformation process in the motion of matter, transfer, morphology and reaction and its relationship to each other, the need for efficient cleaning material transformation technology, process and equipment. The so-called" flow of material" refers to the fluid ( gas, liquid, powder and other ) morphology based material. And the process and process equipment rely on each other, complementary, inseparable. Mechanical vibration equipment principle and technology innovation is to improve the process efficiency to improve the flow of material products the quality and quantity of critical pathways, but also save energy, money, material and space, effective means of.
This paper introduces a kind of mechanical vibrating mechanism of the main components of the design process : the first chapter introduces the current domestic and foreign machinery vibration equipment and the development trend of the status quo; the second chapter mechanical vibration equipment shaft in the process; the third chapter mainly design the conduction process; the fourth chapter the rotor design process; the fifth chapter is a dedicated fixture design, the last chapter is mainly the design process cards and card and appendix. Because of my limited, errors and deficiencies can hardly be avoided, treatment is inappropriate, please relevant teacher criticism.
