不同因素对百香果扦插育苗的影响
摘要
以不同百香果插穗类型为研究对象, 研究了不同因素对百香果扦插育苗的影响。以成活率,生长情况,生根数为试验指标,运用单因素法对影响百香果插穗的不同的培养基质、 不同百香果插穗种类、 不同吲哚丁酸的处理时间、 不同吲哚丁酸处理浓度等方面进行了研究。结果表明: 在不同插穗种类、不同培养基质、不同吲哚丁酸的处理时间、不同吲哚丁酸处理浓度时,生长情况与成活率最好的分别为:当年生半木质化茎段、草灰沃土培养、浸泡30min、10mg/L。

Abstract
The effects of different factors on the cutting propagation of passion fruit were studied by using different types of fragrant fruit as the research object. With survival rate, growth, rooting number of indicators for the test, using single factor method of passion fruit spike of different media and interpolation different passionfruit in panicle types, different IBA treatment time, different indole butyric acid concentration and other aspects were studied. The results show that: under the different in panicle types and different substrates, different indole butyric acid treatment time, different indole butyric acid concentration, growth and survival rate of the best respectively: one year old half wood of stem segment, cultivation of fertile ground for Barilla, soaked for 30min, 10mg / L.
