两株产紫杉醇内生真菌B21和B31形态的初步鉴定
摘要
紫杉醇是一个非常重要的抗癌药物之一,它大部分都是从红杉等植物中提取出来的,而正是因为如此近年红豆杉等植物遭到人们大量的砍伐,濒临灭绝,因此为了保护红豆杉等资源,从其分离紫杉醇内生真菌并鉴定它的形态,为产紫杉醇内生真菌的选育奠定基础。本实验取了两株在实验室保藏很好的紫杉醇内生真菌株B21和B22,然后进行活化。在无菌操作条件下接种到PDA培养基上,再放入人工气候箱中培养,温度和湿度分别设为24℃和73%,观察形态和颜色的变化。当菌丝长满培养皿后进行制片,在光学显微镜下观察其孢子形态,对照《真菌鉴定手册》,初步鉴定B21可能为青霉属,B31可能为链格孢霉属。

TWO STRAINS OF ENDOPHVTIC FUNGI OF PRODUCING TAXOL B21AND B31 FORM THE PRELIMINARY APPRAISAL
ABSTRACT
Taxol is a very important anti-cancer drugs, which are mostly extracted from sequoia and other plants, and it is because of this in recent years, yew plants was the felling of a large number of people, on the verge of extinction, and therefore to protection of resources such as yew, endophytic fungi and identification of its form, its separation paclitaxel the foundation breeding paclitaxel. This experiment took two good paclitaxel endogenous really preserved in the laboratory strains B21 and B22, and then activated. Inoculated under aseptic conditions on PDA medium, then add the culture, temperature and humidity in artificial climate chamber set to 24℃and 73%, respectively, morphologic and color changes. When the mycelium covered petri dish producer, spore morphology was observed under an optical microscope control Fungi Manual, preliminary identification the B21 might be Penicillium, B31 may belong Alternaria.
