中小外贸工厂转型跨境电商的运营管理研究
摘 要
在世界经济放缓、外贸增长速度降低的情况下,我国的中小外贸工厂受到了越来越多的挑战,加工利润持续受到日益增长的劳动力成本和周边新兴劳力国家的抢占市场,许多外贸工厂发展陷入瓶颈的背景下。近五年来全球跨境电子商务高速发展,国内“互联网+”和十三五发展战略规划的深入推进,在内外部环境的共同作用下,中国跨境电商得到了前所未有的发展机遇。跨境电商的发展可弥补我国中小外贸工厂在成本、品牌、渠道、资金等方面的弱点,使它成为中小外贸加工厂转型的突破口。在此背景下,本文从外贸工厂转型跨境电商运营管理的基本情况入手,提出问题,研宄问题,最后提出解决问题的思路。先是通过文献阅读、归纳、总结有关外贸工厂转型升级和跨境电商的理论知识,了解我国中小外贸的发展历程、日益增长的贸易地位以及跨境电商的发展现状。其次,通过互联网搜索我国跨境发展的各项最新数据,找到中小外贸工厂转型跨境电商所遇到的问题,并提出相应的运营管理措施。最后,并W公司转型跨境电商的运营管理作为案例,发现W公司在跨境电商转型发展中的问题,提出对策和建议,从而使我国外贸工厂得到更好的发展。未来可知的是,跨境电商为中国中小外贸工厂注入了新的活力,在这发展潮流中中找到最适合企业自身转型的运营模式,是中小外贸工厂持续健康发展的重要内容。本文采用了文献研究法、资料分析法和案例研究分析法等研究方法,分析跨境电商给中小外贸工厂带来的机遇与挑战,同时中小外贸工厂在这转型中出现的问题并提出解决措施。通过中小外贸工厂转型跨境电商的运营管理研究,为我国中小外贸工厂转型跨境电商的运营管理发展提供对策和建议。

Research on Operation Management of Cross-border E-commerce in Small and Medium Foreign Trade Factory Transformation
ABSTRACT
With the slowdown of the world economy and the decline in the growth rate of foreign trade, China's small and medium-sized foreign trade factories have been increasingly challenged. Profits have been affected by increasing labor costs and the around markets of emerging labor countries. The development of many foreign trade factories fell into a bottleneck. In the last five years, with the rapid development of global cross-border e-commerce, the in-depth advancement of the domestic "Internet Plus" and the 13th Five-Year Development Strategic Plan, and the combination of internal and external environments, China's cross-border e-commerce has received unprecedented development opportunities. The development of cross-border e-commerce can make up for the weaknesses of China's small and medium-sized foreign trade factories in terms of cost, brand, channels, and funds, making it a breakthrough for the transformation of small and medium-sized foreign trade processing plants. In this context, this article starts with the basic situation of the transformation of foreign trade factories' cross-border e-commerce operation management, raises questions, researches them, and finally proposes ways to solve them. The first is to read the literature and summarize, and summarize the theoretical knowledge about the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade factories and cross-border e-commerce, to understand the development process of China's small and medium-sized foreign trade, increasing trade status, and the development status of cross-border e-commerce. Secondly, I searched the latest data on China's cross-border development through the Internet, found the problems encountered by small and medium-sized foreign trade factories in transforming cross-border e-commerce, and proposed corresponding operational management measures. Finally, the operation management of W company's transformation of cross-border e-commerce is taken as a case to discover the problems of W company's cross-border e-commerce transformation and development, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, so that China's foreign trade factories can be better developed. It can be known in the future that cross-border e-commerce will injected new vitality into small and medium-sized foreign trade factories in China. Finding the operating mode that is most suitable for the company's own transformation in this development trend is an important part of the sustainable and healthy development of small and medium-sized foreign trade factories. This article adopts research methods such as literature research method, data analysis method and case study analysis method to analyze the opportunities and challenges that cross-border e-commerce brings to small and medium-sized foreign trade factories. At the same time, the problems of small and medium-sized foreign trade factories in this transformation and propose solutions. . Through the research on the operation and management of small and medium-sized foreign trade factories 'transformation and cross-border e-commerce, we provide countermeasures and suggestions for the operation and management development of China's small and medium-sized foreign trade factories' transformation and cross-border e-commerce.
