摘 要
洋葱又名圆葱,是人们餐桌上常见的蔬菜,富含蛋白质、糖、粗纤维、维生素及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,具有降压降脂、助消化、杀菌、防癌抗癌、延缓衰老的作用。由于其营养丰富和味道芳香,洋葱深受广大群众的喜爱,无论是豪华宴席还是居家小吃,常常见到洋葱出现再餐桌上。然而,由于洋葱有特殊的气味,在切洋葱时,挥发性气味导致操作者流眼泪。故设计一款工具,避免切洋葱时挥发性气体让人流眼泪,显得十分必要,具有一定的实用性和社会生活价值!
本文介绍了一种家用多功能切洋葱刀具的设计。该设计考虑到洋葱的形状和质地,以及用户的需求和习惯,综合运用了机械设计、材料科学和人体工程学的原理,旨在提供一种高效、方便和舒适的切洋葱工具。该刀具具有多种功能,可以满足用户在不同情况下的需求,如切碎、切片、切条等。此外,该设计还注重刀具的易用性和安全性,配备了易于握持的手柄和锋利的刀片,同时符合人体工程学原理,使用户可以更加轻松地操作。

Abstract
Oniion, also known as spring onion, is a common vegetable on people's table. It is rich in protein, sugar, crude fiber, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. It has the effect of lowering pressure and lipid, helping digestion, sterilization, preventing cancer, and delaying aging. Because of its rich nutrition and fragrant taste, Onions are deeply loved by the masses, whether it is luxury banquets or home snacks, often see Onions appear on the table. However, because the onion has a special odor, the volatile odor tears to the operator.
Therefore, it is very necessary to design a tool to avoid volatile gas and tears when cutting Onions, which has certain practicality and social life value! This paper presents a design of a household multifunctional cutting onion cutter. The design takes into account the shape and texture of the onion, as well as the needs and habits of the user, using a combination of mechanical design, materials science and ergonomics designed to provide an efficient, convenient and comfortable tool for cutting onions. The tool has a variety of functions, which can meet the needs of users in different situations, such as chopping, slicing, cutting strips, etc. In addition, the design also focuses on the ease of use and safety of the tool, equipped with an easy to hold handle and sharp blade, while ergonomic principles, so that users can operate more easily.
