摘        要

人力资源管理在企业中占据十分重要的作用。大部分企业在人力资源管理依旧存在人员冗杂，数据遗失，管理效率低下等问题，造成人力资源管理上的缺陷，管理效率低下使得管理者心情不愉悦。

本项目拟开发一个基于Spring Boot的人力资源管理系统，为企业提供日常所需的功能，使得使用人力资源系统的方式变得更加简单、高效，让管理者管理公司的信息能够更加效率。本系统采用 Spring Boot为主要开发框架进行对项目的开发，让开发过程更加轻松、简单，也能让后期维护的时候提供良好的环境。

Abstract

Human resource management plays a very important role in enterprises. Most enterprises still have problems in human resource management, such as redundant personnel, data loss, low management efficiency and so on, which cause defects in human resource management. Low management efficiency makes managers unhappy.

This project plans to develop a human resource management system based on spring boot, which provides the daily functions for the enterprise, makes the way of using the human resource system more simple and efficient, and enables the manager to manage the company's information more efficiently. This system uses spring boot as the main development framework to develop the project, which makes the development process easier and simpler, and also provides a good environment for later maintenance.
