摘 要
调节系统有全液压式,WOODWARD 机械液压式及由微机控制的电液调节系统等多种调节系统,一般根据参数对系统功能及由自控水平的要求进行合理的选择和配置。
随着电力工业的发展,200MW机组已成为电网的调峰机组,其负荷适应能力及响应速度的快慢便显得越来越重要,过去,国产200MW机组控制普遍采用传统的液压控制系统,此类系统结构复杂,控制精度低,可靠性差,传动速度慢,已远远满足不了电网调度自动化的要求。而电液调节系统越来越受重视。
本设计对凝汽式汽轮机调节系统的选用﹑原理进行了研究,选择了电液调节系统,介绍了其工作原理,完成各部件设计,配汽采用喷嘴调节法。调节气阀的启闭由油动机通过横梁﹑两阀杆和杠杆系统进行控制。
在调节系统设计中,除了相应的液压部件控制外,还有转速控制系统、安全保护系统、就地操作、超速跳闸装置等。备有转速、新汽压力、抽汽压力等保安装置,上述各参数的测量、变换、执行等元件可采用气动或电动单元。随着分散控制系统技术水平的不断提高,一个电厂由单一类型的分散控制系统来完成所有控制任务是未来的发展趋势。
