[摘要] 本工程为舟山某市模范小区物业管理中心建筑结构设计，工程位于浙江省舟山市区，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构形式。框架结构具有良好的稳定性。本设计主要由建筑设计和结构设计两部分组成。按照先建筑后结构，先整体布局后局部节点设计步骤设计。建筑设计，包括设计资料、建筑方案初步设计、建筑平面、立面和剖面设计、主要部位的建筑构造及材料做法；结构设计，包括结构方案布置、结构平面布置、荷载计算、一榀框架内力计算，以及楼板设计、楼梯设计等。最后写出相应的设计说明、英文资料翻译以及参考文献。本计算书所有项目均以相应的规范为依据。

Building structure design of a property management room in a senior residential area

[Abstract]This project is the building structure design of a property management room in a senior residential area in Zhoushan. The project is located in Zhoushan city, Zhejiang Province, using reinforced concrete frame structure form.The frame structure has a good stability.This design mainly consists of two parts: architectural design and structural design.According to the building first before the structure, first the overall layout before the local node design steps of the design.Architectural design, including design data, preliminary design of building scheme, building plan, facade and section design, building structure and material practices of main parts; structural design, including structural scheme layout, structural layout, load calculation, internal force calculation of a frame, floor design, stair design, etc.Finally, write down the corresponding design instructions, English data translation and references.All the items in this calculation book are based on the corresponding specifications.
